for a free cooking class in my West Seattle kitchen via Zoom.
We will make:
a Spring Kari Bowl
You will learn:
How to roast vegetables, my way
How to make a quick pickle
The formula for a delicious sauce
A few knife skills you may or may not know
Methods vs. Recipes
We will also talk about cooking techniques, nourishment, and make dinner together*
*This meal is designed to be vegetarian, but can be made fully vegan. An ingredient list, with some potential substitutions will be sent after you sign up, and a recipes will be provided the day of the class.
This is a digital offering, and a place to learn and cook together. Think of it as a private cooking class, with me as your cooking coach. There will be lots of time to ask questions specific to your preferences and participation is encouraged. Once you sign up, you will receive a prompt to download further instructions and an organized grocery list.
