Creating a sustainable home cooking practice

Do you want to cook more at home but feel like you don’t know where to start?

In Early Spring, I am launching a new pilot program focused on holistic self-nourishment—learning how to feed ourselves in ways that nourish not just our bodies, but our minds and spirits. This interactive digital program will help you design your environment, food practices, and habits in alignment with your overall well-being.

Think of it like 5 weeks of private cooking classes focused exactly on how you want to cook,

and me being your personal cooking coach.

What We’ll Focus On:

  • Creating a nourishing environment in your home

  • The energetics of food

  • Designing your home pantry and how to shop sustainably

  • Eating seasonally and creating seasonal grocery lists and menu plans based on your tastes

  • Building a personalized, weekly home cooking practice

  • Auditing your favorite recipes and tweaking them to be more nutritious

This program will happen twice a year around, around the Fall and Spring equinox, with our first session beginning in early Spring 2025.

*I will also offer an additional 90 minute workshop at the beginning of Summer/Winter season for each group to include more seasonal recipe ideas.

Outcomes:

By the end of this course, you will have:

Overview:

This 5-week interactive group course is designed to help you establish a home cooking practice that aligns with your unique health goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Through a blend of weekly live video calls with cooking demos, 1:1 feedback, recipes and meal planning guides, and group discussions, we’ll explore foundational skills, mindset shifts, and actionable strategies to empower you to cook more confidently and creatively at home. Each week I will include personalized reflection prompts and tools that you can integrate into your everyday life.

This is not health coaching, this is a 5-week bespoke live cooking class to help you become a better home cook.

  • When: Digitally, Every Monday from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM in my home kitchen

  • Starting: Monday, March 3rd - 31st

  • Format: 5 x weekly 90-minute group video calls with topic discussions, reflection prompts, and interactive cooking demos
